Giles Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting a quote. By accepting a quote and the work commencing you confirm that you have fully understood these terms and conditions.

THE AGREEMENT

Clients must comply with the terms and conditions of Giles Cleaning Services, and by accepting the quotation the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated below.

THE PAYMENT

Payment can be made either via Cash or bank transfer (details listed on invoice). Payment must be made and cleared within 7 days of the date listed on the invoice. Failure to make payment within the standard 7 days will incur an additional late payment fee of 30% of the total invoice amount, this then must be paid with 7 days. Failure to make payment by the second deadline then incurs a 50% (of the total invoice) late payment fee in addition to the previous late payment fee.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Giles Cleaning Services has £1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance to cover its services.

Giles Cleaning Services will be not liable for any accidents, loss or damage to personnel property as a result of client negligence.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be directed to the member of staff on the day of cleaning, this is so that any issues can be resolved at that time. Any further complaints arising after the clean must be received within 7 days of the cleaning date. The complaints must be in writing to Giles Cleaning Services. If any complaints are received after this 7 day period Giles Cleaning Services will not be liable.
